Established in 1992, Lawrence Engineering is an engineering company located in Broken Hill that provides services in mining, water, rural and wind energy industries with a range of products & services. We are committed to providing the best quality workmanship and customer service. We are continually striving to be dynamic and think outside of the box because we believe engineering has no boundaries.

Lawrence Engineering employs approximately 60 people that includes tradesman, apprentices, industrial spray painters, crane operators, dogman, tradesman assistants, management and administration staff. We understand the issues with skill shortages and have committed to a training program of recruiting young people for apprenticeships to achieve the staff levels we require. We strongly believe in training our staff to give them a sense of being valued plus creating more flexibility for our customers and our business. Through establishing our core values, developed by all of our people, we have created a culture that attracts experienced people to apply for available positions. We are committed to a culture where our people want to come to work, feel valued and be part of our future to improve theirs.
